Showroom Closed - We will be closing our Showroom with immediate effect, for the safety of members of the public and our employees, in line with the government guidelines on 'non-essential' shops and social distancing. In-Store collections will not be available, but customers can still order online and deliveries will be made to their home or work premises if they are still open. We will contact you if you have an open order set for Collect In Store. Thank you for your understanding.
Embroidery Production Halted - In order to improve our adherence to government guidance, we have made the difficult decision to halt all embroidery work. We will process any orders placed during this period as normal on our return, however we're unable to confirm how soon this will be as it depends on government advice relating to containing the spread of Coronavirus.
Supply Chain Closures - Due to temporary closures in our supply chain, we are experiencing a delay in order shipments and some brands are currently affected. Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to resolve this.
Delayed Delivery - Due to exceptional demand and staff shortages, we are despatching orders within 2-4 days from the normal despatch time. Please be patient with us and accept our apologies.
